Travel journal: the Argentina of wine
In Argentina, a country with a very dry climate and landscapes dominated by the Andes, terroir quality is primarily determined by access to water and the coolness of altitude. Martin Di Stefano, an agricultural engineer with a wealth of international experience, will explain the particular features of Argentinian winemaking. Eliana Bórmida, architect, will present her quest for harmony with nature and the environment in winemaking architecture projects that are springing up across the region.
