Château d'Issan - Château Pédesclaux - Château Lilian Ladouys
The union of Châteaux d’Issan, Pédesclaux and Lillian Ladouys is the fruit of a shared vision by Jacky and Françoise Lorenzetti, who work with passion both in the city and the vineyards, as well as two great wine professionals: Emmanuel Cruse, co-owner of Château d’Issan and the manager of the three vineyards, and Vincent Bache-Gabrielsen, chief operating officer of the Châteaux Pédesclaux and Lilian Ladouys.
Château d’Issan represents history, tradition, finesse and elegance: an authentic Margaux wine which was served at the wedding of Elinor of Aquitaine and Henry Plantagenet.
Château Pédesclaux represents the revival of a Grand Cru from the 1855 classification: a distinct style offering the depth and density of a Pauillac tempered by a unique voluptuousness.
Château Lilian Ladouys represents richness and the full diversity of the Saint-Estèphe terroir: a Cru Bourgeois which receives the same care and attention as our two Grands Crus Classés.
Three estates with strong characters and one shared passion: wine. It is this passion which has prompted us to support La Cité du Vin and become involved in its fantastic mission to pass on the knowledge of vine cultivation, whilst retaining a particular focus on emotion, sensations and imagination in all that it presents – just like our châteaux.
